What is the return policy?
You can return items within 90 days of delivery. They must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and you’ll need proof of purchase. Email support@labubumonsters-official.com before sending anything—unapproved returns aren’t accepted.
We cover return shipping for damaged/defective or incorrect items; for change‑of‑mind returns you may pay the actual postage (quoted first).
EU customers also have a 14‑day cooling‑off right. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
When will I get my order?
We process orders within 1–2 business days (before 10:00 CET usually ships the same day). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–16 business days depending on your location.
You’ll get an email with a tracking link once it ships—please allow up to 24 hours for it to update.
Where are your products manufactured?
We don’t manufacture them ourselves—everything is purchased directly from POP MART. The figures are made by POP MART’s own production partners (primarily in China), so you’re getting authentic products.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over £29.99; for anything below that total, there’s a flat £5.69 shipping fee.
